Oldenburg registration and shows

We are pleased to announce that our 2 year old Dior is now registered with the Oldenburg breeders society. Also her two other sisters just got upgraded from International Sport Horse as well !

This years show team has been doing amazing with all our students moving up and forward this year, we could not be happier with the results. With the help of some great parents and friends, this show year has been a great success and learning experience for all.

From all the riders, Jackie & Aj we wish to thank all the support our students parents and familys have show so far this year, we truly are one big family here and we wouldn’t want it any other way

Summer is here

Summer has hit Golden Gate Equestrian with a great turnout at the Ancaster Saddle Club show on June 27th with 10 great riders from our farm. They made us all very proud and everyone having a great time which makes for a great start to the summer and show seasons for many. Summer camp starts this next week and with very limited slots left for the remainder of the summer left open at this time. We look forward to the new faces around the barn and some returning friends for this summer camp.

First show success

This past month we had a great turnout for many of our students first show at the Ancaster Saddle Club. The weather was hot but the girls all kept cool with some great results to start the show season off.

Summer camp weeks are filling up fast with the early bird pricing ending on the 15th of June, so book your tour today or give us a call with any questions you have about our unique summer equestrian camp program.

Golden Gate Equestrian Show Team & Camp

This month Golden Gate Equestrians show team ramps up with most of our show students preparing to start their show season. On May 23rd we expect to have 10 or more of our students participating in the first Ancaster Saddle Club show of the year. Also we have kick started our trillium show year and other events by now and they are progressing great!

Also our camp registration is filling up fast, so if you have any questions or want to prebook now please give us a call or email us directly. Remember the early bird fee cutoff is June 15th.

We are excited to see some new faces this summer around the barn as well as our new baby horse that should be arriving in the next month or so.

Horse Show Success

We would like to thank all of our students, parents and community businesses that helped donate / volunteer / participate in this past weekends show. Also a big thank you to our judge for the day Lisa Wright. Also a big thank you to Joann Prior for all the help organizing and running the raffle and entries. And of course our great community horse partner Misty Lane Tack!

Hearts For Hope

On February 14th we will be having our Hearts For Hope horse show and charity event at our facility. With classes to fit all skill sets and ages we look forward to our student turnout for this event. We have received some amazing donations for our penny raffle and silent auction table. We look forward to seeing you all this weekend for a great time and all for a good cause.

Cold outside but warm at the barn

We would like to thank everyone who came out for our farm holiday party over the holidays as well as some great new faces that have joined our family here at the farm. We also have some new additions at the farm (some new horses) that have been added to our schooling and show program that we cant wait for summer show season to arrive.

Golden Gate Equestrian will be attending some winter shows in the next few months as well we are having some great clinics here at our facility. For additional information please contact us for availability and times.
